- No real room for advancement, just empty promises to keep you motivated or if you mingle with the right people (not based on skills)
- frequent lay-offs in the last 18 months, NO JOB STABILITY
- biased HR: if an employee has an issue with management and reaches out to HR they ALWAYS take manager's side
- no employee retention...when company is doing well everything is great but when not doing as well they turn back on employees
- employees aren't priorities and are easily expendable...just sell, sell, sell
- PTO anytime ESPECIALLY during the holiday season is hard to get and needs to be approved by numerous parties
- tyrant and power hungry managers (EVERY LEVEL)
