Pros
Remote work. That’s truly the only pro, and we didn’t even know the hours we were expected to be on call.
Cons
Never gave anyone a schedule after onboarding so many people. Zero communication after hiring us. We were supposed to do all this training and the company essentially ghosted us but kept paying. We had no idea if we were supposed to be taking calls or not. Then we get emails letting us know we’d been let go. It was our ONLY communication after doing a virtual group zoom meeting after being hired.
