Pros

The main pros is that I am free of the brainwashing and false promises

Cons

Simpluris is the most disorganized joke of a company. It is too heavy and the CEO is addicted to seminars and self-help and is a even more pathetic version of Tony Robbins. Every month it's a different idea or different goal and nothing every gets completed. The office is disgusting and people Are crammed into such small spaces to work. The pay is subpar to say the least and way below industry standards. Don't be fooled by the promises that management gives you. They are false promises at best. Throughout the industry Simpluris is laughed at and the only reason they are still around is because they are cheap to a fault. Run...as fast as you can away from this DOA company.

Pros

I can’t name any pros of working there

Cons

Management is a joke and delusional. They are micromanagers and treat people like crap. They could care less about their employees only themselves.

Pros

The CEO is a great person and the people I got to work with were good people for the most part.

Cons

Management doesn't really know what they are doing and is underwhelmingly inexperienced. I will say this: If you are a project manager and thinking a project management job with Simpluris is what you think it will be, please note that mainly what they call project managers at this company are really just outsourced, glorified administrative assistants. If you already have a PMP license, go use it elsewhere; you won't use any of that knowledge in this position. The industry standard pay for a legal project manager is around $75k-85k, and as you can see from other reviews, they are only paying around $50k-55k. To put that amount into perspective with accounting for inflation, you are essentially making what would have been $15/hr. back in the early 2000s. I was making that as a data entry clerk back then. If you are looking for a stepping stone to get into project management, this could possibly be a good fit, but I would try elsewhere first and only pursue this company as a last resort. I gave many years to this company and contributed to many facets from project management to sales, to marketing, and beyond, and went a very long time with no raise because they can't seem to get the quality business they need to increase salaries. After all the late nights, weekends of work, stress, and dealing with a boss that literally yelled at me, admittedly has an anger problem, but is still in management somehow, I was told I was being let go because of an error I made. It was a stepping stone, and I'm grateful for that and I'm grateful for being pushed out the door because it led to much better things. I now work for a much much larger company, working with much more prestigious clients, doing actual project portfolio management work, making twice as much, receiving bonuses, 100% better benefits, and much lower stress.
