Pros

Not open after 6pm, you have shorter day on Sunday.....

Cons

You have to drive to other locations and use your vehicle without being reimbursed for mileage that you were putting on your car. also you have to use your own cell phone to contact other stores in your District again not reimbursed for. You also have to pay for your own uniforms which cost over $100

Pros

It was actually a fun job at first. Our team worked well together and it was enjoyable. Training was great and extensive, very detailed.

Cons

Once additional sites came on board, you were to just go with the flow, no additional income even when you doubled your workload, properties at takeovers were a wreak so hours were long. HR, VP and president was a joke, so long as you kept your mouth shut you were fine but when you wanted to discuss additional pay for additional permanent sites they turned your back on you. Same with trainers that had been there for years, more then qualified to do DM position, by passed. They left. I once had the owner ask a group of us some questions, when it got to me, he couldn't even remember my name that day but sure did the night before at the Christmas party. Horrible company, horrible people.

Pros

Friendly people and occasional lunches catered in. Mgmt tried to be fun and light-hearted where ever possible. CEO provides entertainment perks to the people he likes.

Cons

Everyone is a VP. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There's also a lack of job security. No one is safe, no matter how good you are at your job. High turn over. ZERO work-life balance. You're expected to drop what you're doing and be HAPPY about slaving away for the good of the company. Tight deadlines meant long nights and weekends. No compensation for those days (since everyone is salary), but if you were in the office for 7 hours and 59 minutes any other day you're spoken to about being expected to work 8 hours a day/40 hours a week.
