A good place to do research and have chance to second to local SMEs. It is good for young engineer/scientists to pursue postgraduate degrees. Bonus is good. The colleges are very friendly.
Cons
Salary is not high. It is an institute. Need to publish paper and deliver projects. If you would like to have high pay, this is not a good place.
