good teams, nice collaboration with any department from within Simultec simulation projects are interesting
Cons
forced to take 2 weeks vacations in august (most expensive time of year) work trips aren't always discussed in advance, sometimes people are pressured to go somewhere. upper management of company that owns Simultec is a mess. Very hard to get help or explanations from them.
