Best job I have ever had, but it's turning fast.
Pros
Leadership was incredible for the last 5 year. Kent Bergstrom, Steph Ratcliffe and the team they built is the best group of people I have ever worked with. I truly believe in this product, we're making a difference in the lives of people working in a high risk sector and helping them go home to their families every day. There is a clear vision for where we are going and the data behind every decision we make, I always know what to expect and why it is happening.
Cons
GoCanvas is ruining the company culture. They swooped in and took control thanks to an old owner and have replaced or forced out every good leader. I have loved working here for the past 5 years but this last one has been full of bad decisions, inefficient procedures, and outright lies about compensation from the GoCanvas "leaders".
