Free Broadway shows and leftover food.

Cons

Senior employees are like a little mob. Lack a proper HR team. Despite hard work and great amount of overtime, managment fails to acknowledge. Account team runs this marketing company, from strategy to media buying, even over creative VPs. Hard to grow, even harder to get payed accordingly. Full of egos, always focused on trying to be recognized as best company to work at, but far from it. Your job description will change over time. Smiles upfront and pointing fingers behind backs. People get fired in the most rude of ways!

Great People, But Seriously, Avoid the Project Management Team

+ Tons of friendly creative people + Some very cool clients

Cons

+ The PM team is in a tough spot with a change in leadership that has brought a severe lack of trust and clarity to the team. It's was a real shame to see because the actual PMs on the team are a deeply talented and special group who deserve good leadership.

The people, culture, office and benefits are some of the best I've come across in my career. If you enjoy live events and entertainment, and also non-profit, this is the place for you. Everyone that works here is passionate about what they do. It was a pleasure going to the office every single day.

Cons

-Worked on outdated equipment for a long time -Limited opportunity for promotions / unfair balance of promotions -Teams feel very separate from one another
