      - The Data Science team is extremely skilled and has some of the best people working. - The company keeps up with the state of the art in Computer Vision and continuously tries to improve its algorithms and models. - A good hybrid working model, with enough work-life balance. - Competitive pay and compensation if you are skilled enough to get in.

      Cons

      - The company hires mostly highly skilled and experienced engineers, with a lack of junior engineers, which might not be the best strategy, as a lot of time spent by senior engineers goes into lower-level manual tasks that can be done by juniors.
