      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly, competent, and expects the best from each other. Whenever multi stakeholders are required, the team is there to cover each other when winning a deal. An excellent place to work for people who wants to be continually challenged and improve.

      Cons

      Nothing that can be prevented - basically whatever "cons" you associate with a fast moving startup (adaptability in pivoting, test strategies/tactics, wear multiple hats). Can be considered a pro for the right person
