Pros

If you're passionate about the mountains and ski industry, the content is always enjoyable.

Cons

Poor management and leadership, from the top down. Expect promises to go undelivered (get them in writing or they don't exist, and even the ones in writing are not followed through, very little reason for a contract because they don't stick to it). Expect to take on more responsibilities than you signed up for, and to do it without additional compensation. Little to no benefits for anyone trying to build a career or family, mostly just the bare minimum for ski bums. This is an interim company, for someone who needs experience on their resume, but not a career place. Management fully believes you are replaceable and would rather hire cheap overseas labor than provide any advancement or personal career growth. There are no performance reviews, and no annual salary reviews -- I was actually told by my manager that "Salary websites are bogus, and not a legitimate analysis or comparison to real salaries" when I requested a salary review after a year of taking on all responsibility of another position that was lost during covid downsizing. Zero diversity or inclusion awareness. Oh, and the website is ALWAYS broken.
