The work culture is better than other companies. The best thing which I liked was the flexibility with the work timing and you get more time over weekend to spend with your daughter and wife.

In the very beginning as a trainee you become the important part of the team. I get a chance to grow everyday. Team work plays a very important role in the company creating harmony and positive competition The excellent work-life balance gives you a opportunity to progress professionally and personally.
