Toxic work culture, unqualified management staff and people at senior posts are just not up to the task. Even a bad place for nurses to work at

Pros

The leadership is approachable and encourages growth. I’ve had the chance to work with passionate healthcare professionals. There’s flexibility in work structure and a strong sense of collaboration across departments.

Cons

There is currently no candidate ownership, which leads to overlap, confusion, and missed opportunities in building long term relationships. This makes it difficult to follow through with candidates you've invested time in. System improvements could also help streamline the process.
