      - The process is solid and clear, good discipline on scrum event - Has continuous improvement after sprint retro and 1-1 individual meeting with manager - The business growth very well even covid-19 crisis - Everyone here is helpful and willing to help you through all the stuff you need to know - Energetic Team to get thing done and to reach a goal - The town hall are inspired and creative.

      - Communication can be improved between departments - People development can be improved. such as leadership program for manager training when promote.
