Product: only sort of works and leadership will straight up lie to you, to merchants and to investors about what's possible with their solution. They have no ability to execute on these promises. Even if it did work, the product would make no sense. It's a competent implementation of autofill away from being irrelevant. Culture: Leaders throw their underlings under the bus to avoid any accountability. If you've hired and fired multiple entire teams, the problem is you, not your employees. It's acceptable for leadership to shout at people during meetings. These things, coupled with the near constant layoffs and rampant disrespect represented by the bold faced lies you will be told, make Skipify the worst work culture I've ever experienced.
