Horrible management NO HR( biggest red flag) If they no longer need you … they fire you on the spot ! There is no 2 weeks notice or anything. I saw this happen to 2 other employees during the time I worked there. I was being verbally harassed by my manager and there was no HR I could reach out to!

Horrible pay, they will push you to sell products even when clients feel uncomfortable and that’s the main source of poor customer reviews via Google. You need to reach sales goals to qualify for any raises, regardless of how well you do FACIALS which should be the main goal. The recently put out a new contract where if you don’t meet said sales goals they will take back commission from previous raises. The cap pay at 18$. They put no effort or money back into the business resulting in gross ripped up and discoloured benches and stools throughout the stores, and never expect to get paid or get your tips on time because they will always come up with an excuse as to why they can’t give us our money on time, or it’s even better when they don’t even let us know when we’re not getting our tips.
