      Poor Leadership and lack of company innovation

      less office politics compared to other big companies

      Cons

      No increment for the past few years and company or STG keeps changing ELT. Leadership team keeps promising customers that they will be there for them when they meet them in person but behind the scenes they do not do anything and ask the team to manage accordingly. No one wants to take ownership and just wants to defer everything to account managers. Too many overlays not doing their job and just relying with the account managers

      Nothing that I can highlight which makes it standout from its competition

      Words will be less to note down here. - low pay - direction less leaders - CEO seems to have lost confidence of the investor STG board. - Investor STG doesn't understand the security business. - All leaders are re placed with new one which doesn't understand the culture of the company. - HR personal and policies are on ventilator from sister company Trillex.

      only good salary is pro rest everything is worst

      No proper workflow No clarity to employees Massive layoffs Unprofessional behaviour with employees telling them that we are not running a charity !!!! CEO says layoff is not their way of working and next day they layoff half of the team .
