- Ok work-life balance - Mostly friendly peers/coworkers
Cons
- Deceptive salary discussions - Low pay for amount of work - Lots of familial favoritism and fraternization since it's a family owned business, this is expected. - Lots of gossip - Annoying leadership

1. Co-workers are friendly. 2. Long-established company. 3. Good mission. 4. Basic benefits. 5. Convenient location.
Cons
1. Very understaffed, which results in additional workload with no increase consistent to the added responsibilities. 2. Poor representation of diversity. 3. Work/home life is not supported except if you are a manger. 4. Minimal accrual for vacation/sick, both go to the same accrual bank, company uses your vacation if you miss a day or hour. 5. Lack of empathy from some leadership members, low morale.
