Great coworkers & interesting + fulfilling work

-Fully remote -Flex Fridays -Great co-workers always willing to help in any way possible -A lot of us live in different countries than where we originally come from, and management is super nice about letting us work abroad (I have friends who work for other companies in Germany who are super stingy about it). - I've learned so much since joining

Cons

Workload can be a lot (nature of the industry) but if you are direct with management about it they will help you and help try to find a solution. Benefits are slowly improving

None. Love this agency, love working with the team. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. There's a real team atmosphere you don't find at other agencies.

- Everyone on the team is so kind, helpful, and willing to help if you need it. - Everyone is like an encyclopedia of information and it is so easy to learn so many new things - If you love PR this is the place to be - Awesome management style while still allowing you to feel independent

Cons

- If you put in the work and want to learn there shouldn't be any. It's a great company.
