      - Building a culture of freedom and responsibility - Growing business where there is lots happening - Opportunity to change things for the better - Great colleagues who really care a lot - Very much live their values

      Cons

      - Things can change fast and the strategy is fluid, if you aren't comfortable in this environment, Slido won't be a good company for you - Company has a very Slovak focus, more diversity across the teams could be beneficial
