Pros
They really do care about their employees and the office space is cool
Cons
Boring clients, egotistical management, micromanagey. It used to be so great but they drove all the creative and fun people away and it got really stale. Long hours for mediocre pay. Great for interns or people just starting out if their manager is good. It's just going downhill and that stinks.
