Cons

You are incredibly underpaid. You feel like spongebob doing absolutely everything by yourself with little help on some days to no help on most days. I would recommend going in asking for more regardless of level of experience.

Easy, creative duties making and serving desserts. Free cupcake after working 5 hours or more. Decent hours that aren’t too early or too late.

Cons

Miscommunication and lack of communication between management and employees, micromanagement and disrespectful insinuations from owner ( both when present and not), the hours are not steady and the environment is hit or miss with friendliness.
