Benefits are underwhelming, highlighted by a retirement plan that doesn’t kick in until year four—an optimistic timeline given the turnover. It’s almost as if long-term retention isn’t part of the strategy. The culture can feel less “fast-paced” and more “endurance test.” Employees are expected to remain available during bereavement or even while hospitalized, which really underscores the company’s dedication to productivity over… everything else.
