Pay is on the lower scale, heavy work load

This place is filled with the most passive aggressive and rude and miserable people I have ever met in my entire life. They never pay on time. They’re so rude and specific about the social media post and captions that NO ONE READS but refuse to accept that their audience are grandparents that don’t care at all about social. You can post that the whole website is free and they’re still get no engagement cause that’s just the reality of their product performance on social media. They curse each other out during meetings, the office looks like a closet. Everything is so expensive . I used to be such a supporter for this brand before becoming an employee and now they left such a bad taste in my mouth after experiencing the people behind the brand.
