1. There is a clear structure of command but not efficiency at all because nobody (including the management) is paying attention or know anything. 2. High turnover rate. 3. Underpaid in general for all employees with no bonus/ benefits. 4. No job stability, you can get fired for no legitimate reason. 5. 0 guidance and mentorship. 6. Management does not care about how people (employee and clients) feels or thinks. 7. Request employee to take up courses/ licences and request employee to bear the full cost. 8. Senior employee threatened another staff and the staff submitted an official complaint to management with hard evidence but was turned down by management, saying that there is no sign of threat. 9. Extremely number-centric. This is why the senior employee can get away as the employee has a good record of sales and he can basically do anything he wants. 10. A very toxic and political work environment. Management will make plans to set up a trap for you to walk in. 11. Cunning, they connected the job posting to the wrong company which have a similar name and an excellent rating.
