      No pros of joining this worst organisation

      Cons

      This company is a traitor. They will backout even after giving you offer letter. Never leave your job based on their offer letter. You will be left job less by these people. Firstly they will offer you good package then they will say, we cant get you on-board. Always keep a second offer in your hand while dealing with ebix.

      Good salary, don't have to work for long hours in the filed as it's education industry

      Cons

      Worst management. If u are going to relieve from organization u won't get a proper reply from management. Phone calls not answered from hr, and heavy work pressure as they will push us for daily sales..manager was very rude and never realise our efforts.only thing they need is sales. Very unstable job
