The retrenchment exercise is based on favoritism and discrimination for the office staff! Those highly paid Senor/Managers and all HR staff get to stay. The boss specially favours Degree holder admin/executives. The shortest serving HR admin get to stay though she joined Jan 2020 just because she is a graduate and young?
