      The worst company ever

      Pros

      It has been a good 10 minutes and yet not a single good thing about this company struck me. Yes, I am not even kidding but this is how bad Smarten Spaces is as a company. Giving them a 1-star overall rating is in fact a compliment because they deserve 0.

      Cons

      Poor direction and communication. Management does not seem to know what they are doing. Poor management over employees' welfare when it comes to work-life balance as employees were expected to work 6 days a week - yes, Smarten Spaces labels themselves as a start-up (in front of employees) and there is this unspoken rule that one has to work their butts off for a start-up but in all honesty, it has been a good 4 to 5 years since Smarten Spaces was founded, at this junction, calling themselves a start-up seems wrong. Horrible internal communications where employees are not aware of what is the current and future plans of the company. To all job seekers, just swipe Smarten Spaces off because you deserve better.
