      Pros

      Interesting company in the surfaces sector which is a niche in Ireland Good exposure to a wide R&D programme for a smaller company Project teams for R&D have a relaxed working culture

      Cons

      From my perspective the timelines on the early stage R&D projects are sometimes overly ambitious but on the other hand in my previous role the opposite was the case and it made making things happen difficult so that’s a two sided coin

      Great atmosphere in the team and great work life balance in terms of lots of flexible working options Can be busy but not over the top Great team of people Fantastic team get togethers last one was in Lanzarote it was great

      Can be hard to get everyone together for team events as people located in different countries Product training is very detailed and takes time
