- Very young and energetic team - Company culture is great - Amazing momentum of the company - Perfect place to learn and develop our skills - Great mission and impact on the world - Feel purposeful and important to my team - Hybrid and flexible work schedule - Good career prospects

Cons

- Workaholic environment, especially in Engineering - Typical startup chaotic environment, which can be a Pro or a Con depending on the person - Not as "international" as it claims to be since Portuguese is very much the dominant language in the office - The announced benefits may not always be in line with the reality
