      Pros

      - Very knowledgeable team with decades of experience to learn form. -very down to earth relaxed environment -401 is one of the best -Good work culture for those that can fit in -people stay there for decades once they join.

      Cons

      -HR can do better at communicating resources available to employees. -not many chances to move around different departments. -some might find it hard to fitting in

      Pros

      The pay is very good for the kind of work. A lot of room for advancement. 401K match, benefits, and leave, with Union representation. Local to Southern Maryland with remote days earned.

      Cons

      If you aren't able to get paid $30+ an hour to let an occasional customer yell, cuss, and vent to you, then this isn't the position, but there are other options within the company. Management micro-manages more than they need to.
