Pros

- Great coworkers who were friendly and welcoming - Fulfilling to help customers

Cons

- Everyone is treated like slaves by Higher Management - Higher Management have no clue on how to plan schedules for VM changes - Higher Management forces you to take unpaid OT to meet their demands - Unsafe workplaces: Shelves are collapsing and manager is asked to buy own tools to repair - Part timers are asked to travel to other outlets to cover shifts with travel expenses not covered - Days off = Still messaged from work and asked to help team - Higher Management constantly insulting your intelligence - Part timers get paid $7/hour but are expected to handle the safe, cheques, opening and closing of store and sometimes working by themselves - No protection from abusive customers (Higher Management just tells you to svck it up) - Forced to do IMPOSSIBLE tasks because Higher Management can’t let go of their ego and admit that they messed up the planning of VM changes - Higher Management doesn’t listen to our advice, had to deal with a faulty shutter door that couldn’t be locked for months - Product quality is absolutely terrible, bags can DISINTEGRATE in less than a month, but Higher Management doesn’t bother to improve products hence we get complained to by customers all the time - Customers yell at you all the time, will bang on the shutters when closed to ask you to open the store for them - Insane stock deliveries when nothing is selling - Always getting blamed for poor sales even though we’re in the middle of a pandemic (maybe consider the fact that your items are overpriced and terrible??)
