Offices are open 12 hours (8am to 8pm) 6 days per week, you work open to close on the days your team works, yes everyone works every other Saturday 8 am to 8 pm. You are expected to arrived by 7:30 for front desk and 7:45 for clinical. You are expected to remain in the building until the last patient leaves (which is often closer to 9 than 8). You will not have a life. If you have children, do not choose to work here if you can at all avoid it. They are constantly running behind and I spent too much of my day apologizing to upset patient's about it. They continuously add things to your job description and expect you to do them, without giving you any more time or pay. The Health Insurance is horrendous and pays for basically nothing. They will constantly ask you to pick up shifts on your days off and will make you feel like a horrible person if you say no (hint: say no). During orientation they make it seem like they promote from within and that you'll get raises. Neither of these is true. They have recently hired two brand new people (who haven't done dentistry before) for a slightly higher better paying role that requires knowledge of the practices and codes, etc. without first even offering the positions to two people in the same office who have both been there long enough to be able to transition to the position with ease.
