Pros

Very few. The manager level and below employees are mostly good people.

Cons

This company is as bad as it gets. Nothing worse than a bunch of old fogies walking around collecting their $400k+ paychecks and adding absolutely no value. The worst person in the company is hands down Ken Shebek. This guy is a complete joke with no respect for anyone. He's obnoxious, disrespectful and two faced. His best asset is his ability to survive like a cockroach by ensuring he's influencing daily the senile and decrepit CEO, Bill Smith. He openly manipulates the guy, and everyone is aware. Meanwhile, Ken is extremely disrespectful and condescending to everyone not on the executive team . Really great optics to the employees busting their tails to deliver to customers. Bill is a sad old man trying to relive his glory days. Step down grandpa and enjoy your millions. Let someone actually make the company successful again. To that new CEO (likely only once Bill croaks) first item of action, fire the entire executive team and start fresh. These people are a joke and the employees all know it. There's no direction or passion. And let's not even talk about the sales team. Pure crazy takes human form in the witch running the sales team, Gail Redmond. She's nuts and hated openly by everyone. Thankfully I’ve never had to work directly with her, but I did meet her once and she was a looney tunes. The best is when the senior executives openly bad mouth her to all employees and then kiss up to her whenever she phones from her home in Florida. They do this out of fear since she also openly manipulates the CEO who only remembers the last thing he hears. Theres' no work from home policy nor annual compensation adjustment. I don't know any employee who has had a raise or received a bonus in years. Thankfully, I will be leaving shortly. It was a painful tenure. Don't make the mistake I did and assume you can help drive change. It's not welcomed.

Pros

Checks never bounced. My immediate work group was very good to work with.

Cons

Very cheap. Management seemed a bit scattered. The division I worked for never seemed a good fit with the rest of the company, and it seemed like that affected us when it came to support (raises, equipment, etc.). End of employment came 2 days before Thanksgiving when I called into a mandatory meeting to find out everyone in the division was laid off. Sucky severance (2 wks, even though I had 5 yrs at the company at that point), locked out of everything before the meeting was even over, just overall handled very poorly.
