Pros

Small staff so things can get tight but gave way to tons of experience you wouldn't normally gain with a larger staff. Amazing CEO. Zero micromanaging.

Cons

Hands off manager meant I had to figure a lot out on my own but it also made me grow and adding to my list of abilities. Smaller agency so pay was lower than industry average.

Unorganized, no HR = leadership takes advantage,

The team is small, can work from home, decent health insurance and a collaborative work environment.

Cons

Turnover is a little high due to employees finding better jobs for their situation but that’s life.
