      Affordable health care for a small business

      Pay is on the low end. Turnover in key departments. Political beliefs of Upper Management and Ownership are openly discussed while mocking and belittling "the other side".

      Very relaxed and fairly flexible

      Cons

      If must conform to their ideas. Management has virtually no engagement. You must convince them that your idea is their idea to get it implemented. Extremely high turn over due to poor work environment. I highly recommend you stay away. These are just a very small few of the many, many issues that have penetrated this company to its core.
