      Can learn a lot Learn how to collaborate with other coworkers Decent base pay for an Associate position Has a discount An okay environment

      Worst management Managers don’t know how to manage and how to handle their employees Very fussy about the whole dressing up and makeup thing The owner complains to their employees directly without a filter The owner and manager is more pushy toward Asian people than non-Asian people

      Sorry, no pros, worse job ever.

      Cons

      No organization or leadership. Complete disconnection of American retail landscape. No support teams as staff has little command of the English language. Very discriminating culture. I spent eight hours a day with no one speaking to me, yet they spoke to each other in Korean, which I do not speak. The owner treats the staff like servants. Also, a physically dirty environment and unsafe building construction.

      -Employees seem nice until they stab you in the back with their two-faced favoritism

      Cons

      - They use up all interns and dispose them whenever they could. - They do not pay commission when they promise to. -Over exhausting 40-50+hours a week, impossible tasks to complete per day even had to work on weekends yet receive less than minimum wage. NO OVERTIME PAY. Working here took over my life and I was not happy with it. -They don't hire legally as I thought a normal company would. Instead it was a fix pay per month less than half a minimum wage worker would receive. Super sketchy. -Manager isn't up front when I do a mistake, soon mistake will reach to the president/vice president. - President is very intimidating and everyone is on their toes when she comes to the office.
