Sobi provides good health insurance coverage for its employees.
Cons
Too many to list, honestly. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Gossip and negativity run rampant, employees are overworked and stressed on tasks that involve unnecessary complexity, there’s a lack of direction for career progression, and people are burnt out as “unlimited PTO” really means no PTO. Lip service is paid to diversity, while sexist and biased attitudes go unchecked leading to a toxic work environment. There will probably be a large number of employees who leave after they receive their bonuses this month and realize that their raises are pitifully low and not adjusted for inflation.
