Pros

The mission and client work have potential, and there are good people throughout the company who genuinely care.

Cons

Leadership lacked clear direction, priorities changed constantly, and communication was inconsistent. Workloads were often unrealistic for below market pay, and there was little support or recognition for employees. Opportunities for growth felt limited, and compensation did not reflect the expectations placed on staff. Overall, it was a frustrating environment that made it difficult to succeed.

Pros

The people here are amazing! The workload never ends but there is so much flexibility in working remotely, having a schedule that can adjust to accommodate you, and having time off available when you need it.

Cons

No place is perfect but I don't have any complaints.
