Pros
Open communication in this workplace made it very easy and comfortable to bring up concerns and receive constructive feedback. I felt like the boss was looking out for me, not just the company which is not something you usually find at startups. There was also constant room to grow, after a few months I received an evaluation, raise, and praise for my hard work. The hours were great. It strays from the traditional 9-5 which makes for a very relaxed schedule. Marc often doesn't mind when you work as long as you get the work done. If we did have a meeting it was usually scheduled in the afternoon and in a laid-back setting. You have to be on time to conference calls with clients. This is a great place for someone looking to gain experience and grow with a company. Clients are very friendly and from all different industries.
