Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

Cons

Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.

I get to collect a paycheck.

Cons

Upper management doesn't listen. No room to move up - despite applying and being qualified. They don't care about their customers. They make decisions that cost them money all the time. They make us pay for product. They make us scan in with a fingerprint - even for office jobs. It's especially difficult for women to move up. Overall, quite terrible.
