Unskilled management, strong believers of dictatorship, very frustrating tech stack

Pros

Pays salary on time however pay rise is pretty funny.

Cons

They have no idea how to manage people and what type of products to develop. They are experimenting with different management styles and they are doing this experiment on real people who have families and kids and mortgage. They will hire you and find something negative and force you to improve. They call it an experience you are going through. A lot of people had to resign because of this while all the managers got promoted. They believe in this so called 'dictatorship' however their dictators are pretty unskilled and don't know what to dictate.

In January 2019 Soft Tech entered a new era with 2 Co CEOs being appointed to grow our business and rebuild our culture. Since taking up the reigns they have rebuilt the Senior Leadership team, grown the business and like any business that changes leadership worked to maintain the good parts of the current culture and are building on it to make it great.
