Pros
1. Great quality and complex projects 2. Learn Learn and Learn, I got into team as experienced candidate but when I seen the working methodologies I feel like I am a newbie to all these standards. 3. Management is soft 4. Great improvements while working here 5. Amazing place to work good environment and great place to gain knowledge
Cons
Only thing I faced is a little pressure on completion of projects and following deadlines, for this I needed to stay late nights but I don't mind doing because I learnt many many things and this is needed to follow deadlines.
