      Pros

      Cannot think of any. They use gullible partners to win business.

      Cons

      Had a very bad experience with a state agency in Sacramento. The employer ended up filing and lost legal cases against employees, partners and even the customer. Arrogant, Adamant and Ignorant. Cannot even claim the project experience on our resume anymore.

      Instable ennvironment, there is no difference between temporary and permenant employee.Never join this company if you have joined please start searching for job immediately as you may be fired at any point of time.

      Not a good place if you are American

      Pros

      One pro was that lunch was provided every day. Some recognition was given but grudgingly. Ability to adjust schedule to meet your personal life.

      Cons

      If not from India, recognition not easily forthcoming. American employees worked 8 hr shifts, whereas employees brought over from India worked 10 to 12 hr shifts. There were incentives for hitting goals, but unless 10to 12 hours a day were worked, it was very difficult to make stated goals.
