Working at Software Alliance DK as a Tech Lead - Game Dev is been a great experience. The development environment is very flexible and collaborative. I’ve worked across various game & non-game genres including hyper-casual, multiplayer, VR/AR, simulations, web based backend-dashboards, web services APIs including Publishing/Monitization. The team is skilled, and the CEO - Jamshed Khan, is very approachable & open to new ideas. There’s room to explore different technologies and take ownership of projects. I’ve led developers, handled cross-platform deployment, and worked on backend integrations. A solid place for anyone looking to grow in Unity game development.
Cons
Software Alliance is basically a services based company and work pressure is as per client's requirement. Its a positive thing for the developers who want to explore professional growth in limited time as compared to product based company where time is unlimited.
