On the job training and education for future career goals. Some wonderful employee relationships.
Cons
If you are lazy, a liar, and kiss up to the right people, you will get promoted. Poor management that lie, are offensive, and abuse of lower paid employees.

Company treats employees well, good benefits, and relatively happy employees
Cons
Company is living 10-15 years in the past technology wise. It is difficult to get a new job after focusing on very old technology for an extended period of time.
