To many cliques just like high school if you're in with the it crowd you'll have job security. Core values are only applied to lower level employees Upper Management pushes core values but don't live them. Employees viewed as just payroll that can be easily replaced or cut to make bottom line numbers or pad the pockets of Share Holders or Upper Management's bonuses. Raises are not based on performance. The money set aside for raises is divided into all the groups and then management decides how the money is divided from there. Depending on your manager a lot of them would just give everyone the same percentage so they did not have to have a needs improvement in the group. For every Exceeds has to be one Needs improvement. If you are an hourly associate or work in one of the Pilot Labs you're looked down upon and do not get to participate in the Site events i.e. ( Employee Luncheons).
