Pros

If your looking to grow quickly, have a flexible schedule, earn what you're worth, and work hard with fun and passionate people this is the place for you. It is also both financially and mentally rewarding to help customers save money on their utility bills while at the same time reducing their carbon footprint. It also helps that the solar industry is booming in California and the CEO has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
Cons
It has all the drawbacks of a newer company: limited benefits, primarily commission based, potentially long hours and weekends (to make over 100k anyways), and some canvassing/cold calling. It's definitely more suited for entrepreneur or sales types.
