No Stability, when I first started, the management was respectful, they took notice of your hard work and I received raises because of always being available for holidays and overtime and offering my services wherever needed. Management changed and that changed. Most people are stressed, worried daily they will loose there job for lack of speed vs quality. It used to be more about making sure the customer was taken care of, and the employees were happy, now it seems to be only about production. I loved this job and had hopes to retire there. In the end I felt bullied by someone that should have been a mentor as many do by this person. So it is a good job, just keep your head down and try not to stand out. Some have job security, most don't.
