Pros

There’s a considerable amount of interesting development going on in the company. Things are always changing and improving, and it’s very cool to be a part of building a company from the ground up.

Cons

There seems to be a difference in the standards that teams are held to. Some teams are required to drive projects forwards, make progress, and stick to fully data driven decisions while other teams are allowed to make small steps on their projects and make decisions based on opinion and anecdotal evidence alone. This has resulted in a divide between inter-team personnel and resentment on all sides.

Pros

Lots of great people to work with. Pay is very good with bonus and annual pay increases. The funds are flowing so it's hard to have a project turned down.

Cons

Leadership should be involved from the top down in developing the safety strategy but they are not. From the safety director level up there is no clear strategy to move safety programs forward. The safety director clearly does not understand safety culture or how to drive safety as a core value.

Pros

Innovative Team. Great culture. Competitive salary. This company is really making an impact in the development of all-solid state batteries for electric vehicles and beyond!

Cons

Not many remote/hybrid opportunities currently.
